We’re not just a consultancy — we’re a living, breathing practice for transformation, rooted in psychology, grounded in coaching, and softened by wellness practices that honour the whole human.

Born on coastal shores, we’re inspired by nature and the knowing that we’re part of something greater. With over a decade of experience in organisational psychology, coaching, and cultural transformation, our work blends strategy with soul and care.

We create meaningful spaces where wellbeing and purpose meet — spaces where people, communities, and organisations can thrive with heart and intention.

As a women-led psychology and coaching practice, we listen deeply and guide with thoughtfulness. With experience across South Africa, Mauritius, and Europe, we navigate complexity with care, drawing on psychological insight and strategic clarity to help people reconnect with what truly matters.

A Note from the Founder

Hi - I’m Aleeshah.

Psychologist. Integral Coach. OD Strategist. Yoga & Wellness Practitioner. And the founder of The People & Purpose Studio.

This studio didn’t begin overnight. It grew over years of watching people silence parts of themselves to survive — high-performing, heart-weary, quietly disconnected. I know that story, because somewhere, I’ve lived it too.

At the height of “success,” life stripped everything back — family, home, stability — all gone in an instant. What remained was me. Raw. Real. Still standing. And somewhere between chaos and stillness, I found presence, courage to pursue purpose, and alignment. 

Softness, I realised, isn’t weakness — it’s wisdom. And I had a choice: rebuild from hustle, or from heart. I chose heart. 

The People & Purpose Studio was born from that choice — a grounded and intentional practice built on over a decade of deep work. A space for growth and grace. For coming home to what matters.

My work is not about fixing people. It’s about holding space — with clarity, courage, and compassion, so they can meet themselves where they are at and move forward. I bring all of me: the professional, the human, the lived experience. And I walk this path alongside you  in boardrooms, retreats, and real life.

Because the future of work and life must feel more human than what we’ve known, and success, without meaning, isn’t truly success - if at all.

This space exists to support people, and the organisations they power,  in living, leading, and becoming more whole, more present, more free.
